Memorial Day

Well, I guess I should update my blog a bit, but honestly nothing exciting has been going on! Corey has been out of town....AGAIN!! He was in Spain and then Sweden. Oh how I love my world traveler! He comes home tonight and I cannot wait!! Yesterday was, well FREEZING! All I wanted to do was go outside and be in the sun, but instead we had our BBQ indoors like the rest of Utah. It was still good to be with family!

The return of good movies....FINALLY

I don't know about any of you, but the movie scene has been seriously lacking the past few months...but not anymore. Corey and I went to Iron Man this last weekend and it was so good. I don't know what it is about Comic Hero's, but they make great movies. Plus there is a ton of good movies coming out soon, like the second Narnia, The Dark Knight, and Indiana Jones just to name a few. Just in time for summer I say!

Jury Duty

When I got the summons in the mail that I had been chosen to possibly appear in court for Jury Duty, I was like "UGH! Just my luck!". And considering that they chose me to come on Wednesday (yesterday) and I had the next two days off, I thought "Are you kiddin' me?....Nice!". So I went, and actually from the beginning of the day my luck was improving. I made great time with Traffic and when I arrived I was able to get parking right in front of the building. Since I knew I was going to be there awhile, I had come prepared with books, bottle water and snacks. I was there for the long haul. But as it turned out, they didn't choose me so I got to come home around 11:00am. Well, actually I went back to work, but at least now I have done my duty and they can't call on me for another two years. And to be honest, it wasn't all that bad. I just sat there and read Twilight for most of it.

Twilight Trailer

I don't know how many of you are as obsessed with the Twilight Series as I am but I thought that I would share this Trailer with you. I wasn't very thrilled when I found out who they had cast as Edward and Bella, but watching this makes me feel better about it. Enjoy!

REAL vs. Galaxy

Corey has a bunch of guys in for a training and so we took them to the REAL Salt Lake game on Saturday. We saw David Beckham score 2 goals and he isn't as cute as my Corey. Oh and he also took his shirt off...David not Corey. It was a lot of fun, but a little chilly.
