Well, as some of you know Corey was in Turkey for 2 weeks, and I kept myself pretty busy while he was gone (although it didn't make it go by any faster). I had a girl's night out, a movie night, a bunch of us went to a Real Salt Lake game, had a sleepover at my cousin's, but the biggest thing is I painted our house. I have been wanting to do it for a long time, and before Corey left I said "I think I'll paint the house while you are gone!" So I did. I would post pics of it, but I don't think it is a very good idea to post pics of your house. I just did a couple accent walls in our main living space. It is a darker brown that has more of a green tint to it. I was pretty proud of myself, because I was really worried about painting. I like things to be perfect, and I hate when you can tell that a person has painted. I must say though, for the first time painting, I did a pretty darn good job.

I bet everything looks awesome- you always have great taste! I watched Hot Rod finally- aren't you proud! Even though I have to give Hastings some 'free money' since it was late! It was funny! That guy is such a dork.
That is a big job. I am proud of you. That is awesome you got to have a cousin sleepover. I think it would be so much fun if we all could get together and a one more sleepover, just us cousins. We can all complain about our husbands. jk It sucks that we don't live close though.
I'm glad you made it through the 2 weeks. I was glad to hang out with you too! I want to see the new walls.

Hey what Shari forgot to mention is that she forced her little brother Jeff to come over and dedicate his whole day to picking up paint supplies and taping off all of the walls, and helping to paint. However, I must say that Shari and I did a very good job at painting, and she did a great job for it being her first time!!! We are super fast at painting, we got it all done in one day.
